Delegate Akers moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2973 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §18-2-25 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to legal actions involving the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission; requiring 30 days’ notice of claims; establishing procedures for providing 30 days’ notice of claims; providing for tolling of claims; providing exceptions for certain claims involving injunctive relief; and clarifying the venue where actions may be brought and prosecuted.
